Justin Leigh is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ideoclick, a managed services firm that helps manufacturers set and analyze winning, sustainable strategies on Amazon.  He has worked with countless large manufacturers and CPGs to understand and solve their strategic eCommerce challenges.  Prior to his 10 years running Ideoclick, Justin worked at Amazon, launching the Grocery category, leading efforts to analyze customer search behavior and traffic to drive sales, and launching the Subscribe & Save program.

Tom is Chairman of Ideoclick as well as CEO and Managing Director of Consumer Equity Partners, a venture capital and venture development firm in Seattle. Tom was previously at Amazon.com as Vice President of Consumables and AmazonFresh, where he was responsible for building and running the company’s Grocery, Health & Beauty and AmazonFresh businesses. Many of the Ideoclick team members worked on Tom’s teams at Amazon. Prior to Amazon, Tom was the founder and CEO of Notiva, a Software-as-a-Service collaboration platform for retailers and their suppliers to manage business-to-business transactions, which sold to Oracle. Tom broke into retail through various senior management roles at Wegmans Food Markets.

Andy Burger is the VP of Business Development at Ideoclick, a position that he has held since 2016.

Previously, Andy was Co-Owner of Ekobrands Refillable K-cups from 2013 to 2016, until it was acquired. Ekobrew was on Amazon’s top sellers list for 2013 and the #1 item in Walmart’s kitchen accessories.

From 2005 to 2013, Andy was the Senior Vendor Manager of Consumables at Amazon.com. He helped initiate and build the programs that Amazon uses today. From 1993 to 2004, Andy was the Specialty Foods Director for H.E.B Central Market.

Mike Burrington has been the VP of Operations at Ideoclick since 2012. Prior to Ideoclick, Mike spent seven years at Amazon.com helping launch the Grocery category & AmazonFresh where he managed selection, pricing, promotions, crafted operational standards and managed a team of operations specialists.

Prior to Amazon, Mike was Director of Produce at Larry's Markets and spent two years in Category Management at Starbucks. He started his eommerce career as one of the first employees at HomeGrocer.com through their initial public offering and buyout by Webvan. Mike received his MBA from the University of Washington and his BS in Marketing/Finance from the University of Oregon.

Andrea Leigh is the VP of Strategy at Ideoclick. Prior to joining Ideoclick, she co-founded Andrea K. Leigh Consulting, where she advised brands on their Amazon.com strategy. 

She is a former 10-year senior executive at Amazon, where she led over 15 product categories, worked on the launch of Amazon's automated pricing system and CRaP programs, and ran Amazon Prime for Amazon Canada. 

Andrea is frequently quoted on the topic of Amazon and eCommerce in the media. She is also a speaker at national eCommerce, retail and digital marketing conferences, a contributing writer and podcast interviewee for educational forums and media.

Benjamin Winters is the Managing Director, client success. Since 2003, Ben has been at the vanguard of digital leadership, creating brands, teams and companies at the intersection of marketing, technology, and design.

Prior to joining Ideoclick, Ben founded the forward-thinking digital agency WINTR, utilizing an integrated approach to strategy, design and technology. He established himself as an authority on the digital space, working with clients such as American Express, CenturyLink, Coca-Cola, Live Nation, Microsoft, Starbucks, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to that, he was partner in a media technology company which was acquired by Getty Images.

Paul Boyer serves as Ideoclick’s VP of Legal & Human Resources. Paul is a globally-focused technology executive and strategic legal advisor with extensive experience in digital commerce, mobile, IoT and international business.   

Paul’s previous experience includes Associate General Counsel of Softcard (a mobile payments joint venture of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon), Senior Director of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile, Director of International Alliances at MCI, and Assistant General Counsel of the U.S. Export-Import Bank.
