CEO

Justin Leigh

Justin has worked with countless large manufacturers and CPGs to understand and solve their strategic e-Commerce challenges. Prior to his 11 years running Ideoclick, Justin launched the Grocery category at Amazon, leading efforts to analyze customer search behavior and traffic to drive sales. While at Amazon, he also helped launch the Subscribe & Save program.

CHAIRMAN

Tom Furphy

Tom is Chairman of Ideoclick as well as CEO and Managing Director of Consumer Equity Partners, a venture capital and venture development firm. Tom was previously at Amazon.com as Vice President of Consumables and AmazonFresh, where he was responsible for building and running the company’s Grocery, Health & Beauty and AmazonFresh businesses. Many of Ideoclick’s team members worked on Tom’s teams at Amazon. Prior to Amazon, Tom was the founder and CEO of Notiva, a SaaS collaboration platform for retailers and their suppliers to manage b2b transactions, which sold to Oracle. Tom broke into retail through various senior management roles at Wegmans Food Markets.

CFO

John Webb

John was a Managing Director with Barclays Capital covering Telecom, Media, Technology and some consumer discretionary sectors. Subsequently he founded his own registered investment banking firm which he later sold. John has raised equity, debt capital, and advised Fortune 500 companies and high growth companies. Prior to becoming CFO at Ideoclick, John spent 2 years as  CFO and GP advisor to a large North East private equity firm seeking acquisitions in the downstream energy sector

Benjamin Winters

Since 2003, Ben has been at the vanguard of digital leadership, creating brands, teams and companies at the intersection of marketing, technology, and design. Prior to joining Ideoclick, Ben founded the forward-thinking digital agency WINTR, utilizing an integrated approach to strategy, design and technology. He established himself as an authority on the digital space,working with clients such as American Express, CenturyLink, Coca-Cola, Live Nation, Microsoft, Starbucks, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Previously, he was partner in a media technology company which was acquired by Getty Images.

VP, STRATEGY AND INSIGHTS

Andrea Leigh

Prior to joining Ideoclick, Andrea co-founded Andrea K. Leigh Consulting, where she advised brands on their Amazon.com strategy. She is a former senior executive at Amazon, where she led over 15 product categories, worked on the launch of Amazon’s automated pricing system and CRaP programs, and ran Amazon Prime for Amazon Canada. Andrea is frequently quoted on the topic of Amazon and e-Commerce in the media. She is also a speaker at national e-Commerce, retail and digital marketing conferences, a contributing writer and podcast interviewee for educational forums and the media. Rob Vance

As a software engineering and technology executive, Rob builds, delivers, and operates high-volume, cloud-native and traditional solutions. Prior to joining Ideoclick, Rob was a senior consultant with Crosslake Technologies and the CTO for Author-It Software . He has held other tech executive positions in a variety of industries and organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Mike Burrington

Mike has been with Ideoclick since 2012. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Amazon.com helping launch the Grocery category & AmazonFresh where he managed selection, pricing, promotions, crafted operational standards and managed a team of operations specialists. Prior to Amazon, Mike was Director of Produce at Larry’s Markets and spent two years in Category Management at Starbucks. He started his e-Commerce career as one of the first employees at HomeGrocer.com through their initial public offering and buyout by Webvan.

Jamie Kuhnhausen

In her role as Senior Director, People & Culture, Jamie is responsible for all aspects of Ideoclick’s people capabilities designed to drive performance of the business and create an amazing experience for our team members. These include people strategy, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, total rewards, and the continuing evolution of our company culture. Jamie is passionate about creating an environment where employees find energy, feel valued, and are encouraged to grow and learn. Prior joining Ideoclick, Jamie held similar roles at Solavei, Dye Management Group, Spacelabs Healthcare, and most recently as Managing Director, People Services at Slalom.

Jon Ferrell

Prior to joining Ideoclick, Jon led organizations in digital transformations at Verizon, Amazon and Amazon Web Services. Each of his roles focused on providing clients the best possible buying experience while providing the sales organizations the flexibility and scalability of the newest and most exciting technology available at the time. 20+ years in retail, b2b, and e-commerce has helped Jon become a recognized leader in the industry as startups and Fortune 100 companies rely on his breadth of experience and guidance to help their organizations prepare themselves for sales, marketing, and technological enhancements required in today’s business world.
