Ecommerce was a new experience for the company. When the manufacturer started working with Ideoclick in late 2018, it was a startup with no online brand awareness. Up to this point, the supplement line had primarily existed within the medical community. Physicians sold and referred patients to the brand, but there was no established broad consumer market.
Without an Amazon presence, the company was essentially starting from scratch and was on a quest for marketplace expansion.
