The Brand
Ideoclick’s client is an innovative medical research organization that produces unique, breakthrough nutritional supplement products that address six critical biological functions. The supplement manufacturer’s proprietary technology addresses the effects of compromised diets, environmental toxins, and the oversaturation of pharmaceutical therapies, and optimizes bioavailability, efficacy, and outcomes.

Ecommerce was a new experience for the company. When the manufacturer started working with Ideoclick in late 2018, it was a startup with no online brand awareness. Up to this point, the supplement line had primarily existed within the medical community. Physicians sold and referred patients to the brand, but there was no established broad consumer market.
Without an Amazon presence, the company was essentially starting from scratch and was on a quest for marketplace expansion. One major advantage they had was the fact that once customers tried their products, they almost always purchased again.
