Many Ideoclick team members worked under Tom in his leadership roles at Amazon where he built and ran Grocery, Health & Beauty, and AmazonFresh businesses. Before Amazon, Tom founded, led, and ultimately sold to Oracle the SaaS collaboration platform Notiva, which managed retailer-supplier transactions. Tom originally broke into retail with senior management roles at Wegmans Food Markets.
