Ben has been at the vanguard of digital innovation & leadership since 2003, creating brands and companies at the intersection of marketing, design & technology. Ben founded, grew and sold WINTR to Ideoclick Inc., an Amazon focused services and software company managing $5B in annual sales volume. At Ideoclick, Ben established the advertising & marketing practice, serving as SVP of Marketing, which grew to become the #1 Amazon Advertising agency partner. Ben was then asked to take the role of Managing Director during which he successfully secured equity investments from Accenture Interactive and GLP. He also co-founded a content and technology company that was acquired by Getty Images. Past clients include: American Express, CenturyLink, Coca- Cola, Live Nation, Microsoft, Starbucks.

Many Ideoclick team members worked under Tom in his leadership roles at Amazon where he built and ran Grocery, Health & Beauty, and AmazonFresh businesses. Before Amazon, Tom founded, led, and ultimately sold to Oracle the SaaS collaboration platform Notiva, which managed retailer-supplier transactions. Tom originally broke into retail with senior management roles at Wegmans Food Markets.

Previously a managing director with Barclays Capital covering telecom, media, technology and consumer discretionary sectors, John founded and later sold his own registered investment banking firm.

Before Amazon, Mike served as director of produce at Larry’s Markets and in category management at Starbucks. He began his ecommerce career as one of the first employees at HomeGrocer.com, serving through their initial public offering and Webvan buyout.
